 The Falcon Restaurant in Carmarthen is an active member of 'Taste of Wales'.
Fresh local produce feature strongly on the menu’s including Welsh Black Beef, Pant Ysgawn goats cheese and sea trout caught on the river Towy by the famous coracle fishermen.

Popular Falcon dishes are saute cockles, leek and white wine au gratin, rump of Towy valley lamb with a rosemary and redcurrant jus, and seasonal treats such as a brace of pheasant breast in a rich Madeira sauce.
